We don't just use run-of-the-mill CO2 and O2 training tables, no, no!
Repeatedly hammering out the classic breath-hold tables you find on apnea training apps without carefully balancing the different types of training is a generalised approach that will limit your overall apnea fitness. You'll quickly get bored, level out and become stuck.
Your entire Apnea Fitness comprises general demands, those weak areas of your breath-hold that most people need help with, and more specific demands, those weak breath-hold areas that are individual to you.
