Want to know exactly what EXERCISES to do to get the BEST RESULTS in your freedive training?
3 Universal Training Principles for Progressing Smarter and Getting Results.
If you’ve landed here, then it’s likely that you’re looking for help in overcoming a freediving challenge, achieving a goal or becoming an all-around better freediver.
This ebook has been written specifically with you in mind – a freediver, hungry to learn how best to tackle your freedive training to get the results you’re looking for.
It describes the 3 universal training principles that I’ve discovered within other sports that aren’t currently used in freediving, but when applied, help create the right structure for freedivers to make easy and consistent progression, no matter what level of freediver you are.
Using these principles, I have tripled my depth performance in three years, becoming the NO.1 active Canadian CWT diver to 90metres.
Having been where you are, thinking it won’t ever be possible for me to do those sorts of numbers, I want to show you that it is possible to dive beyond your wildest dreams and achieve your goals in depth diving or dynamic freediving, using the right method.
I’ll cover what each of the universal training principles is, providing examples of where it’s used in other sports for enhancing training performance, before explaining how to utilise it in your freediving to get results.
“With his ebook, Nathan proves that he is a freediver who can think outside the box. Freedive training is far behind, compared to the professional standard of most other sports. This is why we need to critically check common training methods and come up with new ideas to achieve our goals. By looking at well-established training methods, Nathan draws convincing and useful conclusions for freediving which can inspire even old-timers but are certainly of help for beginners and those who feel like the training concepts they have applied have been a dead end.”
