We’ve also taken into consideration that everyone is at a different level.
Using our apnea fitness intelligence system, we will help categorise you into the right training level to use throughout the plan. Training at the right level will make breath holding more effective and enjoyable.
It will also help you determine the ‘achievable goal’—the time you set for yourself and the personal best you aim to achieve at the end of the six weeks. Using that predicted time, you will input it into our workout calculators each session, which will tell you what hold and recovery times you will use.
Plus, we have given you everything you need to ensure you’re doing the right warm-ups and recovery breathing to optimise for the best experience.
