Forget pain and suffering...
We don't show up to suffer. We show up to train effectively and progress with ease.
We don't show up to suffer. We show up to train effectively and progress with ease.
OUR MISSION
Is to encourage and enable freedivers of all disciplines to challenge and grow their abilities using a simple method (backed by sports science) that eliminates the struggle and guesswork of training to deliver guaranteed results.
WE BELIEVE
You can feel the difference between dives that create struggle (contractions, doubt, and stress) and those that challenge you the right way to adapt comfortably enabling you to more easily and enjoyably achieve your freediving goals.
THINK ABOUT IT
If you’re not training effectively, you’ll need to work harder.
If you’re working harder, you’ll struggle more.
If you struggle more, you’ll do less.
If you do less, you’ll be further away from your goal.
FLOW NOT FORCE
When you're training effectively you’re in the proper flow state meaning, no more struggle, no more inconsistency, no more uncertainty. Only safe, comfortable and enjoyable dives.

hey there!
We're Nathan and Sarah, a couple who met five years ago on a freediving trip to Utila, Honduras and have been inseparable ever since. Our love of the water, self-education and commitment to blazing our dream path is what led us to set up Train Freediving, where we provide the coaching, tools, resources, and motivation to help aspiring freedivers overcome their struggles and make their freediving dreams a reality.
As freediving competitors ourselves, we understand the challenge and rewards of training – we openly say how neither of us has a natural talent for freediving. Because of this, we learnt a method to become better freedivers by implementing sports performance and training. Now we love to share all our secrets to help anyone who's struggling to become more than what you thought possible, in the sport of freediving and beyond.
